1. Age Requirements
Drivers must have held their license for at least two years and be between 27 and 70 years old to have full access to all vehicles in our fleet. Otherwise, depending on the age group, there may be additional charges and restrictions on vehicle selection.
2. Licenses
Valid driving licenses issued by the European Community are accepted. Other licenses need an International Driving Permit. Drivers must have held a full license for at least two years.
3. Traffic Fines
All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. Failure to comply with local traffic regulations, including parking violations, speeding tickets, and other infractions, will result in the renter being liable for the full amount of the fines. Additionally, any administrative fees related to the processing of these fines will be charged to the renter.
Please ensure you adhere to all traffic laws to avoid unnecessary charges and ensure a safe driving experience.
4. Payment
We offer two different payment options:
4.1. Pay Now (10% Deposit): Pay 10% deposit at booking and the remaining balance in cash or card upon delivery. Instant confirmation.
4.2. Cash or Card on Arrival: Pay the entire amount with cash or card upon delivery. Instant confirmation.
We accept Visa, Diners, MasterCard, Maestro, and cash payments in euros.
5. Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are provided for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the booking date. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.
6. Insurance
We offer two types of insurance:
6.1. Basic Insurance (Free)
- -Includes third-party insurance.
- -The customer is fully responsible for any damages in the event of an accident.
- -A deposit is required before booking, varying by car type.
6.2. Premium Insurance (Paid)
- -Includes third-party insurance.
- -Zero Excess
- -No deposit and credit card required.

7. Travel Limitations
Vehicles cannot be taken out of Crete. All rented vehicles must remain within the island boundaries for the duration of the rental period to ensure insurance and maintenance coverage.
8. Fuel Responsibility
Fuel costs are the renter's responsibility. The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. Failure to do so may result in additional refueling charges.
9. Late Return Charges
Late returns incur additional charges. If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time, extra fees will apply. It is important to return the vehicle on time to avoid these charges.
10. Taxes
All rental prices include VAT and local taxes. There are no hidden fees or additional charges unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.
11. Car Types or Similars
While we strive to provide the specific car model reserved, occasionally, we may offer a similar vehicle if the chosen model is unavailable. Similar vehicles will be of the same category, offering comparable features and specifications.
